What is the typical turnaround time?
After payment is made it's typical to receive your first revision within 24 hours. Revision requests
typically take between a few hours but in some cases are handled in a few minutes depending on
the availability of the designer.

What is your pricing structure?
Upon receipt of your design questionnaire, you will be invoiced for the total amount of your
contract. 50% deposit is required at this time. The remaining portion of the contract is due upon
receipt of the finalized product.

Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
Yes, we do offer a discount based on orders for more than 5 banners. Contact Us for bulk order

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and business/personal check for established
clients (may cause delays in production).

How many change requests can I make if I don't like my banner?
Up to 3 FREE revisions are included with each banner.

What file format is my banner going to be?
Standard animated and non-animated banners are available in GIF or JPEG format. These banners
are available in a full range of sizes (skyscraper, full banner, half banner, square, buttons, and
microbuttons.) Be sure to specify the banner type and size specifications when ordering.

What size banners do you offer?
Any Size. Standard sized banners are shown HERE but we can create custom sized banners to fit
your needs.

What kind of changes can I request?
Colors, animated frame positions, text placement, font size, etc...

Do you provide HTML code for my banner?
Additional services such as these are offered by our sister company, Privia Web Design.

What is the difference between an animated banner and a static banner?
Animated banner have moving elements, typically rotating through a series of text promoting
your products or services. Static banner is just an image with no moving elements.

I ordered a banner from you in the past but I lost it.
We generally keep a record of your banner and if you contact us we'll surely search for it and
send it to you free of charge.

Do you offer phone support?
The best way to get in touch with us is to fill out the contact form. If for some reason you require
assistance by phone, simply request a call back and we will be glad to assist you.

What is a Flash Banner and should I spend the extra money on a flash banner?
A Flash banner is used when a customer needs to provide more multimedia options at a smaller file
size and end user must have the required Flash plug-in in order to view your banner. Our
suggestion would be to go with a standard animated banner ad.
